Limitations of Eye Protection

As equipment ages, or if it is not properly maintained, it may lose some of its protective ability.
Even well-designed eye protection may tend to restrict vision somewhat. This makes it all the more important that work areas are well-lit and ventilated to allow you to see your work more clearly.
Eye protection must not be removed even though it might feel cumbersome.
In order for PPE to be effective, it must be comfortable, and it must be worn.
