All stop work concerns shall be documented as a near-miss report.
The report shall be reviewed by the Corporate Safety Director in order to:
Identify the stop work incident
Notify and report to affected employees and Project Managers
Provide corrective action to job stoppage
Resume work after issues have been resolved and cleared to proceed
Facilitate lessons learned with employees.
