Reporting
All stop work concerns shall be documented as a near-miss report.
The report shall be reviewed by the Corporate Safety Director in order to:
- Identify the stop work incident
- Notify and report to affected employees and Project Managers
- Provide corrective action to job stoppage
- Resume work after issues have been resolved and cleared to proceed
- Facilitate lessons learned with employees.
