A documented site safety inspection is to be performed at the beginning of a project and at least on a monthly basis thereafter. The safety inspection is to be performed by the Project Superintendent or his designee. Any infractions found are to be corrected and documented within 24-hours unless the infraction found is an IDLH (Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health) situation. IDLH situations shall be corrected immediately.
The Jobsite Inspection Form is to be used for performing weekly safety inspections. Copies of the completed inspections shall be sent to the Corporate Safety Director for retention.
